This policy explains how we handle the details you submit through the form on this website.
Who processes your data
The controller is Europa d.o.o. Sarajevo, Vladislava Skarića 5, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. For questions about data processing, contact info@europesquare.ba.
What we collect
The form collects your name and email address, and optionally your phone number and a message. If you submit a commercial-space leasing application, we also collect the business details you enter, including the brand or company name, legal entity name, registration and VAT details if provided, activity, concept description, requested areas, preferred floor, proposed rent per m² excluding VAT, proposed lease term, readiness to provide a deposit or bank guarantee, planned opening timing and other details relevant to reviewing the application. We also record which option you selected, which page the form came from, the site language, the date and time of submission, and your IP address.
Why we collect it
We use your details solely to reply to your inquiry, review commercial-space leasing applications and, where requested, notify you when sales or leasing opens. The IP address and timestamp are recorded to protect the form against automated spam.
Legal basis and consent
Processing is based on your consent, given expressly by ticking the consent box before submitting the form. Without that tick the form cannot be submitted and we receive none of your details.
Simply browsing the site does not imply consent to the processing of personal data, and we do not need any personal data for that. Consent covers only the details you enter into the form yourself.
Alongside consent, we also rely on our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and protecting the site from automated misuse.
How long we keep it
We keep details submitted through the web form for a maximum of 24 months from receipt, after which the web record is automatically removed. If you request deletion or withdraw consent, we handle that request without undue delay, except where a legal obligation or another permitted basis requires certain data to be retained.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing. Inquiry records are stored on our hosting provider's server, and a notification of a new inquiry may also be delivered through our email system. Data is accessible only to people who need it to handle inquiries, sales or leasing.
Your rights
You may request access to the data we hold about you, correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to info@europesquare.ba and we will respond within 30 days.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and if you reside in the European Union, the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. We store only your language choice and whether you dismissed the construction status notice in your browser's local storage. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. The YouTube video frame loads only after you start the video; the initial visual in the video section is served locally from europesquare.ba.
